Roxanne Captor, teaches an intro ballet class Monday evenings at 6:30. This is a teen/adult class.

Roxanne gives a great ballet class for beginners. She takes the time to explain things and I think it’s a great workout. I would recomend this class to anyone who want change in their normal workout
